Rosie is a women’s health physiotherapist and pre / postnatal yoga teacher and trainer. She offers the Mummy MOT which is a comprehensive postnatal check for new mums to help women recover from birth.
Rosie will be available to chat all things physical, offering tips, guidance & reassurance. She will be happy to answer any questions or ease any concerns you have regarding your healing journey and how you can best be supported.
