We plan so much for the massive event of the birth of our babies, but what then?  

  • What is the plan for after your little one arrives? 
  • Who is going to be your village to help you fully rest, recover, and heal, so that you can gently transition into motherhood?
  • How will you be supported whilst you focus on the full-time job of feeding and falling in love with your baby?

    Having learnt with Julia Jones in her recognised Newborn Mothers Collective course, I am a certified Traditional Postpartum Care Practitioner.  I look to support you during your first 6 weeks postpartum in any way that specifically works for you and your family.  Helping you emotionally and practically, as well as facilitating and creating space for you to confidently find your own path to becoming parents.

So, let us set your stage. 

I will help you to recognise your own unique family vision, identify your fears and dreams along with any obstacles and challenges that may get in the way.  We will establish a postpartum plan to ensure that you are nurtured, nourished, rested, and healed.  Your partner, family, and friends will better understand how they can support you at this crucial time.

For new parents with their first babies, as well as those who are expecting the next addition to their family, we can create a postpartum journey that avoids fear, overwhelm and exhaustion but instead creates confidence, peace, and joy.  

Should you choose to breastfeed, your chances of breastfeeding successfully will be much higher because your levels of the essential feel good hormone, oxytocin, will be regularly boosted.  You will be able to give yourself time.  You will be able to focus completely on you and your baby.

Amongst the bombardment of books, diagrams and advice from the ‘experts’ I will guide you to make your own choices that work for you and your family.  

With my 1:1 care, a library of resources that I have gathered, a team of specialised practitioners behind you and access to the private ‘Feel Good Postpartum’ Facebook group, you will have an amazing network of support.
