Feel Good Therapies is a Norwich based business offering focused therapy time to those looking to improve their overall wellbeing and wanting their whole selves to feel good.
With a vision that we all become more connected with ourselves and those around us. My aim is to support people in navigating their own path to feeling good.
We need to get human again. We must invest in ourselves. We must nurture and nourish our whole selves. Our physical, mental and emotional wellbeing should be prioritised
above all else.
“Yesterday is gone. Tomorrow has not yet come. We have only today.
Let us begin.” Mother Teresa
My name is Sarah Groves and I work as a holistic therapist. I am fully insured and as a member of the Association of Reflexologists, an accredited and respected organisation, I work to their strict codes of practice. I grew up in the beautiful countryside of North Norfolk before heading off to study Humanities at Nottingham Trent University. I returned to Norfolk in 2007 to enjoy living in the ‘fine city’ of Norwich. I have had an interest in holistic therapies for many years and I like to use natural remedies to promote my own health and wellbeing.
I discovered Reflexology through my yoga teacher, I was simply amazed at its power in making me feel better. I decided that it was the career for me and so I trained at Pathways School of Reflexology in Norwich with renowned practitioner, Angela Sellens Drake, qualifying in 2009. Since becoming a mum to my two gorgeous children, I have been particularly interested in treating mummies and babies. With further training I now specialise in Maternity Reflexology, which I find to be wonderful work. Whether it’s working with fertility, pregnancy care, priming for labour or treating the new family, it’s all simply magical.
In 2014 I was honoured to have been asked to join the Norwich Natural Fertility Partnership (NNFP) team. We are a collective of Norwich therapists passionate about Women’s Health and supporting couples in their conception journeys. You can read more about this in my blog.
I am also part of the postpartum renaissance. It is my aim to help educate and support ‘newborn’ mothers so that they can fully embrace peace and joy during their postpartum experience as they journey into motherhood.
I am very enthusiastic and determined about my work. Helping people along their path to feeling good is truly rewarding, I love it. I do not claim to cure, but I have experienced first-hand the effects my therapies can have and seen the improvements in my clients. The body has its own natural healing capabilities and so I work to encourage the body to restore its own balance.
“Sarah is completely professional but incredibly approachable and clearly shows a passion for her art. Her knowledge and connection with reflexology are apparent and I feel very comfortable to ask questions.”
